Digital X-Rays

A dental digital x-ray system allows us to take a picture of your teeth, and then almost instantly show it to you on a computer monitor while you are in the dental chair.
The on-screen picture will look like a dental X-ray image but a lot bigger; 500 percent bigger! With the use of a computer mouse, the dentist can zoom in on a single tooth or a set of teeth so that treatment procedures can be explained visually.

Because digital dental x-rays are more sensitive than regular dental x-ray films, your exposure to x-ray radiations is cut as much as 90 percent.  The dentist and staff also receive less exposure.  Furthermore, no more developer and processor chemicals are used that can harm the environment.

The large images let you see what your dentist sees, so it's easier for you to understand how your dentist will treat your teeth. Finally, it’s awesome to watch this system work! Most patients are amazed.
